Practicing energy work

My spirit guides have been having me practice transmuting energy. The other night as I was watching the Olympics I noticed my cats watching a spirit run around the floor. Learning my lesson from when previous entities showed up in the house, I immediately began a conversation with my guides. "Who's here?" I asked them. I was told it was an imp. Now imps are inherently benign, although they do tend to cause mischief. I then asked what to do. Just like in my astral travel to Forest Haven, my body was taken over by one of my guides. I began what I'm calling a 'rapid response' energy exchange. In the case of being shown how to clear dark energy previously, it took me quite some time to create an energetic dome that was large enough to encompass a few buildings. In this case, it took a matter of minutes. 

The intent wasn't to harm the imp, but to use my energetic bubble to push it out of my house. I had previously used energy clearing to get rid of residual energies, but this was the first time I used the energetic exchange on an active spirit. By the time I was told to relax, I had created a bubble that encompassed the entire row of town homes in which my house resides. Interestingly, in this state I have to rely on my guides to tell me when to stop building the dome and start sustaining it. My third eye chakra gets closed down and I cannot visualize the bubble as it's expanding. Processing that amount of energy in such a short time is an incredibly intense experience. My whole body was tense, my crown chakra wide open and absorbing the energy, and my heart chakra tingling. When I saw the extent of the bubble I created, I said "wow, that's big," and was immediately given a confirmation by my guides in that familiar way -  full body tingles. 

    In this morning's meditation I asked to practice again. This time it wasn't as intense until I reached the extent of my bubble and was guided to sustain it. Because I can't actually 'see' what I'm doing, I asked my guides, "Did I do it?" and again was given confirmation. By the time I completed the exercise, the bubble encompassed the entire neighborhood. If the intention is to energetically clear places at Forest Haven, I am not sure exactly how big I am going to need to make a bubble. I'll be looking to my guides for instruction on that. While I was at it, I asked them if it was possible to do this kind of clearing via remote viewing. Unsurprisingly the answer was a resounding "No." Once I thought about it some more, it made sense. The energy bubble that is being created comes from me, and unless I could extend my bubble from my location to Forest Haven, it would be impossible to do it remotely.

Update on this (Feb 19). Earth's energy was really strong today so my guides decided it was a good time for me to expand my capacity to hold energy. I usually dump excess energy through my grounding cord, but today it was shut down on purpose. As Earth's energy streamed into my body, I felt each of my chakras light up. My heart chakra started to vibrate with the excess energy to the point that I thought I would explode. 

    As the energy made it's way up through my body, and I intentionally contained it in my chakras, it started to leak out of my body. My nostrils started to burn out of nowhere - the energy was escaping there. When I shut that down by mouth breathing, I involuntarily started crying. My physical body literally couldn't contain it. I was instructed by my guides to continue to hold that energy as it was expanding my capacity but it was incredibly intense! I held in that state until my guides told me it was okay to release it. As soon as I let go, I immediately started sobbing. I guess that was the quickest way for the excess energy to escape. Energy work is no joke, y'all!
